We are extremely honoured to make history by being the first globally to ever obtain approval to export Matsusaka beef out of Japan! Our parent company, Mitsu Boshi Pte Ltd is the Exclusive Importer & Distributor of Authentic Certified Matsusaka Ushi (Matsusaka Beef) in both the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.

It has taken us 8 long years of sheer perseverance, sincerity, and patience, until finally, we have managed to make history, and fill the most elusive missing piece in relation to international access of Japanese Wagyu.

Relentless in our pursuit of perfection, it is our privilege to present to you, not just any Matsusaka Beef, but the highest quality Matsusaka Beef in all of Japan. Hand selected pedigree virgin heifers placed under ITO Matsusaka Ushi 'Private Label', have additional special conditions to be met. They are required to be min. 35 months and above of age, and have to been awarded Japan's highest quality grade range of between A5 BMS 10 to A5 BMS 12.

Our partner, Ito Ranch, is the most decorated ranch in all of Matsusaka region, having won more than 35 awards thus far for cattle they produce, and is the first and only Matsusaka ranch in history to have ever been awarded the Grand Champion Cattle prize, at the annual Matsusaka Beef Carcass Contest, for 3 consecutive years. These achievements are testament to their level of commitment to excellence, and serves as an assurance that you are purchasing a genuine high quality product.
